The super busy week!

This week has been crazy crazy! I have been so busy! But from it came a lot of good!

1. First I learned if you lock your child and the keys in the car, cry a lot and ask construction workers for help, they might just have a slim jim and can unlock your door for you! (Also, you can call 911 and they will unlock your doors if you don't have construction workers nearby to help).

2. Remember last January Tessa had surgery to put her hips back in place and loosen her muscles? Well yesterday was the true test of whether or not it all worked. The result is: (doot doot doo doo) her hips looked fabulous! They were both back in socket and she has full range in her muscles. This was great news for our family! The alternative was more very complicated surgery. We feel very blessed that she has healed so wonderfully!

3. I went to the doctor and everything is looking great for the baby! She is growing great and looks wonderful! I do have to start going to the doctor weekly, but I would rather be going more often and know that the baby is alright!

Lots of blessings this week for our family! I just feel so blessed!

Hooray for Tessa! Crying helps solve so much sometimes. Glad everything turned out okay and glad to hear that your new little darling is looking good too.

Hip Hip Horray... here's hoping next week you can take a breather. We'd love to have the girls over anytime, you and Chris are always welcomed too. Perhaps a night of playing "Settlers" and Sipping Grape juice would be good for all of us:)

I'm so happy to hear that Tessa's surgery resulted in success. What great news :)

I learned once that if you get a flat tire with a 22 month old and a newborn in the car, if you pull over with the hazards on, open the hatch back, and then sit on the bumper and cry, very nice men will pull over and put on a spare for you. Tears seem to be a common thread here.

I learned once that if you run out of gas in the middle of a busy intersection while you have a two year old in the back seat and are pregnant, that a lot of people honk, stare, and get angry at you. I guess I should have put on the water works.

On a happier note, YEA for Tess!

Oh boy, sorry about the keys! Sounds like there's more to that story.
I'm so happy that everything turned out well for Tess from her surgery and she won't have to have more!
I'm surprised that your doctor is having you come weekly now. I don't have to start going weekly until my next appointment. Glad to hear everything is okay with the baby though. It'll be fun to have our babies close together. :)
