This was from the top of the mountain, literally! The hotel below was enormous and beautiful. Notice the color of the river behind it. The water all comes from glaciers melting and is all that green, blue color. All the lakes and rivers were that amazing color.
This was Elise's first time riding a horse. She was in heaven!
This is where Tessa was happiest. She loved being in the backpack hiking.
Loved this vacation!

You must be feeling better to go on such an awesome trip! Canada is gorgeous - great pics. Fun to see your refelection in Tessa's...I mean your....sunglasses. :)
What an awesome trip. That's great that you guys were able to go up there and that Tessa loved being in the backpack so much. I would love to go see that area some time...it's so beautiful!
That looks like such a perfect place. You are the second person I know who just got back from the Canadian Rockies. I think I must really be missing something. I guess it's one more place I MUST see :) I'm glad you had such a fun vacation.
You're right, that does look like a beautiful place. Glad you guys had fun! We missed you though. I forgot to tell you that the whole time I was picking up your mail, I forgot to get my mail. We had a good 4 days of mail piled up until it dawned on me to get ours too.
